**Welcome to The Paper Present Studio**

Hi there! I’m Robyn, the creator behind The Paper Present Studio. Born in Kenya and lucky enough to have lived all over the world, my journey has been shaped by an eclectic mix of cultures, landscapes, and stories. It was during my time in Edinburgh that The Paper Present Studio was born—starting as a heartfelt gift I created for a great friend’s wedding.

Fast forward a little, and I’ve now settled in the beautiful town of Lagos, Portugal, where the sunshine and stunning coastline inspire me every day.

I graduated in 2014 with a BA Hons (1st Class) in Graphic Design and Marketing, which laid the foundation for my creative career. Before diving into paper art full time, I worked as a wedding cake designer, specialising in realistic edible paper flowers for special occasion cakes.—a skill that fueled my passion for intricate detail and meaningful design.

At The Paper Present Studio, I create wedding papercuts that are truly one of a kind. Each piece is hand-drawn and meticulously cut from a single sheet of paper, making it a timeless keepsake or a truly personal wedding gift. My papercut are both handcut and machine cut depending on the bespoke needs of the project. Every design tells a story—your story—and it’s such a privilege to transform those special moments into something lasting.
